We’re a small business, and we take care in preparing every order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Shipping Issues or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
