Custom or made‑to‑order items cannot be resold
Personalized items are created specifically for you

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
